Twelve Drummers Drumming

Phew! “Three French Hens” seemed so easy now. It was a number you can count to on one hand (three), an approachable adjective to work with (French), and a protein as an easy food option (chicken). But here we are at “TWELVE DRUMMERS DRUMMING”. Not so easy….
However, we made it happen! And with a full (count it!) twelve celebrations of Christmas drums! Food started off with a HIGHLAND DRUM COCKTAIL served in a GOBLET glass. That was followed by ROLLS w/ dipping OILs. Dinner was chicken DRUMSTICKS as well as Chilean sea BASS with a (EAR of) corn relish. And dessert was Christmas KETTLE corn with hot buttereD RUM.
And all throughout, we were wearing our Santa HI-HATS and listening to Justin Bieber’s “DRUMMER BOY” and “Christmas in the Caribbean” STEEL drums playlist. And with that, we wrap up our 12 Days of Christmas – themed evenings and look forward to the last three days of our 2020’s Dates of Christmas.
