As we finally approach the end of the season, we’re starting to slow down and enjoy some simple days and nights leading into Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. No more of those days with a dozen courses (ie: 12 Pipers Piping).

This year will look different than most but we still wanted to incorporate some aspect of “Familiy Traditions at Christmas”. So, Ben and I each picked out a classic family recipe from each side (Christmas Wreaths for Townsends and Coconut Cherry Bars for Sommerfelds) and made a batch of each of them.

Afterwards, we settled down for a festive game of “Family Feud” trying to guess the most popular Christmas songs, Christmas dinner items, worst presents to get, hardest person to shop for, etc…
