‘Twas the Night Before Christmas

After finding so many fun new ways to celebrate Christmas throughout these Dates of Christmas, including a visit to every continent of the world, we return at the end to one of our own Christmas traditions that we’ve held for some time. And that is a low-key Christmas Eve of cooking Beouf Bourguignon as a couple and reflecting on the year that was.

 his year, we did tack on a few additional elements tied to the theme of "Twas the Night Before Christmas", including reading the classic poem, making sugar plums, and hanging the stockings with care. But overall, it was a simple and relaxed evening to laugh about, fondly reminisce, and just savor the Christmas season that we shared.
