Six Geese a Laying
Geese are a trickier poultry to plan an evening around than “Three French Hens” but we tried to avoid a "goose egg" on this one. We splurged on some foie gras and duck sausages… and boy was it worth it. They were something that we never would have tried otherwise but it was a really fun adventure.
A highlight of the evening was donating to Heifer International to give a flock of geese to a family in need. And we wrapped up the evening with our Grey Goose-spiked egg nog and playing the Untitled Goose Game.
