Christmas trees come in all kinds of shapes and sizes. Whether you’re an artificial tree or chop-your-own, it is an iconic part of Christmas traditions. So, to celebrate a day honoring the many types of “CHRISTMAS TREE”, we crafted a pine tree themed menu, learned all about the history of the tree as a Christmas decoration (including a fascinating read about the heavy German and Lutheran influence that caused strife after World War I and the Vatican not introducing a Christmas tree until 1982), and even had some fun with music and movies that tied in. Overall, it was a simple and comforting evening of FIR-ry socks, FRASIER, SCOTCH Cocktails, and more.
