Red & Green
The celebration for today was the colors of Christmas: RED & GREEN! Ben helped the kids with a surprise breakfast in bed for Bekah with breakfast (pandan waffles & fruit salad) and flowers (poinsettias) which was made even sweeter given that he enlisted the twins to help deliver them while dressed in Christmas outfits he had gotten them to fit the day’s theme.
From there, it was even more red and green foods from a chili feast with chips and guacamole and salsas to bruschetta to swirl sugar cookies to sun dried tomato pesto pasta.
We sprinkled a few fun festivities throughout the day including some Minute to Win It games as well as capping off the night once the twins were asleep with some festive cocktails and Christmas specials of “The Red Green Show”.
